Mrs. Hirschmann has been helping BCS students develop their artistic gifts and brightening the hallways with colorful, creative artwork since she joined the BCS team in the fall of 2017. She lives in Brookfield with her husband and two children. They attend Brookfield Christian Reformed Church, where Mrs. Hirschmann shares her gifts on the Visual Arts team, serves as a Gems craft co-ordinator and Sunday school teacher, and has been a Middle School youth ministries leader for over 10 years. Mrs. Hirschmann enjoys drawing and painting, reading, gardening, baking, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.

Cara shares, “Since we became part of the Brookfield Christian community, when we first sent our son to 4K, it has become much more than just a school, but a family. BCS has been such a blessing in our lives in so many ways and we are so thankful for a Christ-centered education for our children.”

Mrs. Hirschmann states that Psalm 118:24 speaks to her heart on a daily basis: “This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”  “No matter what happened yesterday, today is a new day to wake up, rejoice, and be joyful in what the Lord has done for us and what He will do through us.
