Every effort is made by the BCS School Board to keep tuition at an affordable level. Students are charged a comprehensive fee that covers books and tuition. BCS relies on donations and fundraisers to bridge the difference between tuition charged and the cost of education. Tuition is approved by the BCS Society in the spring of each year. Please do not let cost prohibit you from considering Brookfield Christian School. Please contact the school office to discuss tuition for your family.
Tuition discounts are available for multi-student families as well as children of parents in full -time ministry. Discounted tuition is also available by using automatic debit payment (ACH) and for early full tuition payment.
Our SCRIP Program is another way to save on your tuition. Gift cards purchased through the school return a percentage of the dollars spent that will be directly credited to your tuition bill. There are hundreds of area and national retailers represented in this program such as Pick n Save, Wal-Mart, clothing stores, restaurants, gas companies and even airlines and hotel chains. Anyone can participate in this program so plan early and start accumulating tuition credit while your child is a newborn! Your family and friends can also participate and direct their rebates toward your tuition account. To learn more about SCRIP, contact the school office.
Brookfield Christian School has a tuition assistance program to which families may apply. Aid is granted on the basis of demonstrated need and the availability of funds. Financial Aid applications are reviewed and approved by the Finance Committee. Currently approximately 25% of our students receive some form of tuition assistance.
At BCS, we are committed to keeping tuition at an affordable level and providing financial assistance to families with demonstrated need. Admission decisions are made independent of financial need. For more information about affordability, please contact admissions.
Enrollment in Brookfield Christian School is open to all families who desire a Christian education for their children, regardless of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin.
