The Girls Volleyball season runs from the beginning of September through the end of October, culminating in the Lake Area Christian Conference (LACC) tournament. We have 2 teams: the 5/6 grade team, which has a developmental focus, and the 7/8 team, which is a little more competitive and preparatory for high school. We work to ensure that girls on both teams are having a positive experience, regardless of their skill level.
Brookfield Christian School offers Cross Country for 5th – 8th grade students that practices together during the fall season, and participates in several cross country events with local schools. We also take part in a number of races that include runners from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Those events are a great way to introduce younger children to running with their classmates.
The BCS Eagles basketball season begins in late October and runs through mid February. We compete in the Lake Area Christian Conference (LACC) and also participate in non-conference games. The teams compete in several tournaments throughout the season. BCS hosts the 7/8 Boys Eagle Invitational each December, and the 5/6 Grade LACC Tournament in February. To end the season, the 7/8 teams compete in the LACC Conference tournament and travel to the CSI Tournament.
We rely on volunteer power during the season – our coaches and team managers are volunteers, and we need helpers for concessions, set up and clean-up, score board, score book, and more. If you are a parent, grandparent, former parent, alum, or a great BCS supporter contact the office if you’d like to volunteer during the basketball season (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Students in grades 5-8 participate in an annual CSI District IV track meet, competing in various track and field events against fellow CSI schools from around Southeastern Wisconsin.
We offer Little Eagles volleyball for girls in 3rd and 4th grade during the regular volleyball season. Girls practice 1-2 times per week after school. Basketball and soccer for girls and boys in grades K-4 are offered during the Fall and Spring seasons. The program take place on Saturdays.
