BCS Tours Available
We're always available to give tours for families who are interested in BCS! Tours can be given during the school day, or you can make arrangements for evenings or weekends. Tours are available in the summer as well. Contact the school office if you would like to arrange a tour.
Thanksgiving Food Drive
Please bring non-perishable food items to your child’s classroom or to the boxes located in the main hallway beginning next week. The Salvation Army will help us distribute the food collected to those in need this holiday season. Our Thanksgiving Food Drive will run until Monday, November 24.
Soup's On!
The annual BCS Soup Supper will be held on Wednesday, December 3 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Besides a great evening of hanging out with the BCS family, you'll have a chance to try a variety of delicious soups! Check out the recipies. Thanks to the 1st grade families for staffing this event.
Eagle Invitational Basketball Tournament
On Friday-Saturday, December 5 & 6, BCS will be host the annual Eagle Invitational Basketball Tournament for 7th & 8th grade boys. Many willing hands will be needed for those two days, but also for the preparation and organization leading up to the tournament. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the school office.
Christmas Bazaar
Do you have a home-based business and want to share your product with the BCS family? Are you an artist, a woodworker, a crafter, a baker that needs a venue to showcase and sell your work? BCS is having a Christmas Bazaar in conjunction with the Soup Supper on Wednesday, December 3 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. Contact Debbie Janke if you or someone you know would be interested in having a booth at the Bazaar. Contracts will be given on a first come, first served basis.
Scrip Update
The Scrip Store is open on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 8:15-8:45 a.m. to pick up in-stock Scrip items. Retailers listed in bold on the Scrip order form are held in stock and are available at the Scrip store or can be purchased by calling Mari Griffioen. The quantities of stock items are limited to a first-come, first-served basis. The next order date is Monday, December 1 by 8:30 am for pick-up on Friday, December 5. Any orders received after 8:30 a.m. will be held until the following order date. December order dates are December 1, 8 and 15.

BCS FAMILIES: PASS ALONG the good news about Brookfield Christian School, and you will be rewarded! If you know of families who are considering Christian education, please let them know about BCS. You can direct them to our school office or administrator, or send them the web address of our school’s site (www.brookfieldchristian.org). If a family that you refer enrolls in the school and names you as their referral source (on their application), you’ll get a $200 referral fee!
