Mr. Vos joined Brookfield Christian School as Principal and Administrator in the 2013-’14 school year after spending 17 years at Calvin Christian, a PreK-12 school in Escondido, CA. During that time, he served as a second and third grade teacher and, later on, as an assistant administrator and principal.

Outside of school, Kevin enjoys running and working out, reading historical fiction and action novels, and spending time with his wife and two daughters. Together they like to camp, go to the movies, take walks, and find new day trip adventures to embark upon. He and his family attend Elmbrook Church.

“As a Christian educator and school leader my mission is to provide an engaging environment  where students can clearly see the connection between their faith and learning. It is our job as a school to intentionally show our students, on a daily basis, how their faith impacts and informs every part of their lives. Our task is not simply to prepare them for the next grade or for high school or college. Although that is an important part of what we do, we must go further. Our goal is also to prepare our students for a life of learning, leading, and serving faithfully wherever God leads and directs them.

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.”  – Hebrews 12:1-2a
