Fellowship Dinner & Auction

About Our Event

Each year, Brookfield Christian School hosts a Fellowship Dinner and Auction to support our missional goal of providing a high quality, Christ-centered education, preparing students to learn, to lead, and to serve faithfully in God’s world.  Funds raised during the event supplement our school’s general fund. The Fellowship Dinner and Auction event brings current BCS parents, school staff, relatives, alumni, and friends together in support of our school and of our mission. This event is made possible through sponsorship, event ticket sales and an assortment of live and silent auction packages donated by local businesses and friends of the school.

Thank You!

Every year we are amazed by the generosity of our community. Just when we think the previous year couldn't possibly be topped, our supporters step up and do just that. The 2019 Step Up and Step Back to the 50’s event broke all previous fund-raising records!  The event was another reminder of the BCS community’s commitment to Christian education and to our school. Through God’s grace and your support, we continue to be able to dream big and advance our mission and vision to provide a learning environment where faith and learning go hand in hand. As partners in this process, we appreciate you!

2019 Event Highlights

This year’s theme was Step Up and Step Back to the 50’s, and many attendees came ready to celebrate our school in style. There were Greasers, Pink Ladies, poodle skirts and lots of 50's attire, along with lots of smiles, laughter and great conversation. Here are a few stats from the event:

  • 237 tickets sold
  • 1467 mobile bids sent
  • 1574 raffle tickets sold
  • 470 businesses and friends of BCS donated items
  • 261+ cupcakes consumed (weren’t they amazing?!)

We loved seeing our new mobile bidding enthusiastically embraced, allowing more "fellowshipping" and participation from supporters who could not physcially attend the event. For more about this year’s event, click here.

We were stunned by the generous giving to this year's Fund-A-Need project, far exceeding our goal. Funds raised are being used to create and equip the new IDEA Lab.  IDEA stands for Innovation, Design, Engineering, and Arts. The space will allow us to meaningfully integrate technology into student learning, including a variety of STEM activities that include both hands-on and digital learning opportunities including coding and movie-making.  We are thankful to God and to our community for giving BCS students this space.

SAVE THE DATE!  See you next year on April 17, 2020!
