YEE-HAW! What a GREAT event!
Thanks to the generosity of the BCS community, the 2018 BCS Fellowship Dinner and Auction was a huge success on many levels. Along with many familiar faces including current parents, grandparents, staff, alumni and friends, we also welcomed many first time participants. It’s incredible to see so many people together, supporting Brookfield Christian School and Christian education.
A few highlights from the evening:
246 tickets were sold to this year’s event
62% of attendees decided being a cowboy/cowgirl was super fun
261 businesses or people donated items or advertised
Please check out the LIST OF DONORS and be sure to thank them with your support!
Many volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure the event’s success. Parents, students, teachers, and friends of BCS alike made the evening possible. God’s blessings were displayed through the individual talents and gifts of the people involved.
We are humbled to serve an amazing God and to have such a supportive school community. May we faithfully use the blessings we have received to further God’s kingdom and make His ways known throughout our community.
Be sure to set aside March 22, 2019 for next year’s BCS Fellowship Dinner and Auction! We look forward to seeing you next year!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we request who we would like to sit with?
Yes. Write your request on the back of the rsvp card. We will make every attempt to honor all requests. If you aren’t sure who you would like to sit with our Dinner Team is excellent at creating fun tables with familiar faces.
How do we bid on items in the Silent Auction?
If you would like to bid on an item, you will enter your bid number which you will receive at registration on the bid sheet accompanying the item. By using your bid number rather than your name, the process is kept somewhat anonymous. The highest bidder “wins” as the tables are systematically closed. Closings will be announced ahead of time.
What is the Live Auction?
The Live Auction features items considered likely to bring in larger bids – vacations near and far, larger packages, Packers tickets. Should you want to bid on these items, you will have an enlarged bid number to be held up and acknowledged by the auctioneer. We encourage you to consider bidding on the live auction items with others. Some of these packages are easily shared with friends.
How do we pay for our items? Can we use a credit card?
You can pay for your items with cash, check, or credit card. If you plan on paying with a credit card, you may swipe your card upon arrival to Davians. This will expedite checkout. During the live auction, you will receive a detailed receipt of your purchases. All items and certificates are to be taken home that evening.
Do I have to buy items in either the silent or live auctions?
If you attend, you are under no obligation to make a purchase. This is also a time to fellowship with BCS parents, friends and alumni.
