Here are some FACTS Financial quick guides for things you can do in your FACTS Family Portal:

Print an end of the year statement showing tuition paid

1. Log in to your FACTS Family Portal → Financial Home.
2. Payment Plan & Billing Section → View Details → View Payment Summary
3. Choose a year or selected time frame from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Print.

Change a payment method or update credit card information online:

1. Log in to your FACTS Family Portal → Financial Home
2. Click “Financial Accounts.”
3. Follow prompts to change/update your account information.

Add or update personal information, notification preferences, or multi factor authentication settings:

1. Log in to your FACTS Family Portal → Financial Home
2. Click “My Profile.”
3. Edit all sections as needed.

Check Hot Lunch charges:

1. Log in to your FACTS Family Portal → Financial Home
2. Payment Plan & Billing Section → View Details
3. Click “Transactions” tab.
4. Modify time range, student(s), and type of charge as desired.
5. View, print, or save as pdf.
