Brookfield Christian School Apple Pie Day logoApple Pie Day is a beloved BCS tradition and our school's second largest fundraiser! Every year, Brookfield Christian School families and friends come together to assemble hundreds of our "famous" Dutch Apple Pies. The pies are pre-sold, and are picked up or delivered on Apple Pie Day.

It's a beautiful example of how our school community comes together to accomplish a big task. Funds raised go directly to reducing tuition costs for EVERY student. Parents, staff, alumni, grandparents, and friends all pitch in. This year, we plan to make 4,100 pies! We hope you can join us!

Pie Orders Now Open!

It is time to start pre-selling pies, so get the word out! Tell your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, and soccer parent friends! The pies are made fresh and can be baked right away, or frozen for up to a year. These delicious pies are $18 each and are a MUST-HAVE for the upcoming holidays. Order early and be sure to stock up! Contact your favorite BCS student or use the online order form to pre-order your pies NOW!

Donate Pies: Milwaukee Rescue Mission

We will once again offer the option to donate a pie (or a few!) to our friends at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. Just use the same order form to donate, and we will deliver the donated pies. Last year we were able to provide 200+ pies for their Thanksgiving meal!

Volunteer With Us

We need hundreds of volunteers during Apple Pie Week (October 15-17). We couldn't make Apple Pie Day a success without our BCS community! Join the fun, fellowship, and fundraising by signing up for a shift or two this year - we would love to have you join us! BCS parents and staff, along with alumni, alumni parents, grandparents, and friends all come together to pitch in and serve every year. High schoolers who need volunteer hours are encouraged to sign up.

Thank You For Supporting BCS

Thank you for volunteering, selling, and ordering pies for Apple Pie Day! Your time and support make a huge difference for our school and community. We couldn't do it without you!

All About Apple Pie Day

How do we do it?

Wednesday night, many helping hands assemble boxes and set up. On Thursday morning, topping is made and that evening, hundreds of bushels of apples are delivered. By Friday night, hundreds of pounds of sugar, flour, cinnamon and apples are transformed into thousands of the most delicious Dutch apple pies you’ll ever taste!

Who can take part?

We welcome parents, staff, alumni, grandparents and friends of the school to pitch in. High school students, including many BCS alumni, come from all over the area to help (and earn volunteer hours!), adding a welcome surge of youthful enthusiasm. Everyone has a great time on the assembly line renewing acquaintances, peeling, coring, slicing, inspecting, filling, boxing, bagging, hauling, and cleaning.

How can I help during the event?

Many opportunities for people of all ages are available to make this event a huge success. We also welcome donations of food and beverages to feed the hungry volunteers throughout the day.
