BA – Elementary Education (Spanish Minor), Maranatha Baptist University

Mrs. Allison Spofford joined the BCS staff during the 2017-’18 school as a First Grade Teacher and Elementary Spanish Teacher. Mrs. Spofford and her husband attend Brookside Baptist Church and they enjoy taking hikes and watching movies together. She also enjoys reading, baking, spending time with family and friends and traveling. Mrs. Spofford has traveled to five Spanish speaking countries with Peru being her favorite so far.

Mrs. Spofford’s favorite passage of Scripture is Nehemiah 9 because it reminds her of God’s faithfulness. About BCS, Mrs. Spofford shares that she loves the community atmosphere, the ability to share God’s truth with her students and the fun traditions that make BCS unique. During the school days at BCS, she loves it when her students speak Spanish with her in the hallways.
