Mr. Maurice Wright

After 15 years of teaching and serving in a variety of athletic roles in the Metro Milwaukee area, Mr. Maurice Wright joined the BCS staff in the fall of 2023 as our K-8 Physical Education Teacher.
Mr. Wright says, “I am excited to equip my students with the skills they need to live a healthy and active lifestyle while sharing my faith journey as well.”
One of his favorite passages of scripture is Psalm 1:1-2, which says: “Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. ” Maurice says, “I love the way it describes real life temptations while giving us hope in Him.”
Outside of school, Mr. Wright enjoys fishing, camping, pickleball and disc golf. The Wright family resides in Brookfield and attends Eastbrook Church.
