Mrs. Cassie Martin joined the BCS staff in the fall of 2023 as a fourth grade teacher. She says, “I have heard so many good things about BCS! I am super excited to be a part of such a welcoming and friendly learning community.”
One of her favorite passages of scripture is Lamentations 3:21-26 which says: “Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, ‘The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.’ The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.” Cassie sys, “it is a daily reminder of the hope and peace we experience in Christ.”
In her free time, Mrs. Martin enjoys reading and baking. She and her husband reside in Brookfield and attend Brookfield Lutheran Church where they serve on the missions committee.
