Mrs. Lauren Woodhouse

Middle School History/Bible Teacher

• Education: Elementary Education Minor: Coaching from Martin Luther College (New Ulm, MN)

A teacher since 2017, Mrs. Woodhouse joined the BCS middle school team in the Fall of 2024. She serves as the seventh grade home room teacher and middle school and Bible instructor.

When she’s not in the classroom, Mrs. Woohouse enjoys volleyball, softball, and watching baseball (Brewers and Baltimore Orioles). She and her family reside in Genesee Depot and attend Cornerstone Presbyterian in Delafield. 

Her favorite passage of Scripture is Revelation 5:5, which says: “Then one of the elders said to me, ‘Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.’” Mrs. Woodhouse says it’s a favorite “because it gives me hope and reminds me how Jesus has triumphed over sin, suffering, and death.”
